The Amanae Europe School teachers will utilize Amanae Energy techniques to help you open the blocked doorways in your heart and body. The team will focus their energy and expertise to help you explore your heart and body, and feel the areas that may be holding past hurts and traumas so that they can be released.

The team will help shine the light on the areas that need your breath, energy, and attention for you to release them. Just by being with it, feeling it, leaning in and allowing it, the stuck emotions and energy will move through your body.
